MR. Vishnu kumar agarwal

CA Vishnu Kumar Agarwal is a chartered accountant in practice since 2003 and is the owner of 'M/s Vishnu Agarwal & Co., Chartered Accountants'.

He practices in the field of Income Tax and has handled matters related to search and survey proceedings, Benami and Black Money proceedings ITAT proceedings and litigation matters.

CA Vishnu Agarwal is a regular speaker on Direct Taxes & Litigation matters and has also authored book 'Landmark Judgement of Income Tax'. He has delivered various lectures on Income Tax litigation issues.

He was the Chairman of WIRC of ICAI for the year 2017-18. He has served 3 consecutive terms as a regional council member of WIRC of ICAI from the year 2010 to 2019. He has represented the WIRC of ICAI as chairman before various government authorities. During his period of Chairmanship, the Government had come out with major reform of implementation of GST for the very 1st time and was the golden era for the entire CA fraternity for guiding in implementation of GST for their Clients. Shri Vishnu Agarwal ji was the first person from WIRC of ICAI who has done more than 200 programs and seminars of GST in WIRC to reach out to maximum no. of members & students of WIRC. He has presented many papers before the Govt. Authorities. He has served major committee of WIRC of ICAI during his tenure of 9 years.

Currently he is an active member of Borivali-Kandivili CPE Study circle of WIRC. Apart from professional activity he has also been socially engaged and actively associated with Aravali Agarwal Samaj of Mumbai, Lions Club of Mumbai, RVG Alumini, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Vasai CA Hostel Alumini, Rajasthan Seva Samiti, Shree Jeen Mata Prachar Mandal He is famous and renowned personality among members and students.
